Pat Lynch launches his first book to help ‘self-make’ yourself

Cork, Ireland, 30th April 2015 – Pat Lynch, an accomplished self-made businessman from Cork, has launched his first book ‘Self-Make, 50 Tips to Create a Life Well-lived’, an inspiring and refreshing read, through which he shares his secrets to a life of success and well-being.  The book was launched at the Woodford Bar, Cork City, today.

This practical book acts as a step-by-step guide to making changes in the readers lives, breaking goals down into small achievable actions that can really make a difference.  Pat takes you on a fun journey, showing you how to adjust your live for the better, with easy-to-do suggestions.  Each tip is designed to inspire and motivate, to help make positive changes.

Pat openly writes about his own life experience and the lessons he’s learnt along the way.  His 50 tips may seem obvious. However, this is exactly the point – the way to a life filled with success, joy and well-being is through those most obvious things.
